It was a pleasure to work with Madhu! She helped us buy our first home, and the whole process couldn’t have gone smoother.
Madhu always put our interests first, and helped us with valuable inputs and suggestions. She understood our requirements, sometimes even better than us, and would always point out if she felt that something about the house wouldn’t work for us, without worrying about the extra time and effort she would have to spend with us. Even on occasions where we decided against putting an offer in the last moment after her team had done the work to prepare an offer, she would encourage us to go ahead with our decision without making us feel guilty. She would tell us “It’s Bay Area, and there will be more houses. You should only put an offer the ones you really want”.
Madhu has a great team too. She and her team made the whole buying process smooth for us.
Madhu is very professional and is passionate about her job. But, on a personal level too, it was a pleasure to work with Madhu. She is very friendly, and was always available to help us.
Overall, I’d say that Madhu is dream agent to work with! 🙂
