There are three things that stood out in our experience of working with Madhu:
1. She will always be there for you even after the deal is done. And she could focus on chasing new clients, making more money she would still care about you as much as she shared at the start of the working relationship;
2. She will ensure that her point of view, her recommendations are based on what would be most suitable for you and not her, the real estate agent;
3. She has undying patience that is hard to find anymore. You would think that she would get tired with you, she would not want to see another house with you but you would soon be proven wrong. As first time buyers we always used to have a long list of questions/ concerns that she would happily answer each time. We think that we were lucky to find her and we would highly recommend her to our relatives and friends.
