Madhu has been a great support and trusted advisor in our first home purchase. We couldn’t have managed the complex process by ourselves. She made it a very easy and smooth process, right from sharing listing, negotiations with the builder, reviewing every paperwork, follow-up on my behalf with lender, builder (as required) and guiding through the process. She took full ownership to ensure we are well aware and educated on all the steps and ensured that closing is done on time.
