We were given Madhu’s contact by a friend who worked with her and highly recommended her.
When it comes to home buying experience, you want someone who understands your needs and requirements and the process is just not a financial transaction for them. I feel Madhu is a agent who is as involved in your process as you are. She is empathetic but still very professional (I really like that she is punctual).
She is thorough when she looks at a property and would not fear to give her honest opinions on the property if she does or does not like something in the house (which is something my husband and I really appreciate). As a first time home buyer you need those inputs because you might not observe what she can with her experience.
We worked with her over the past 3-4 months and was patient, she looks out for her clients and is always available to answer any and all questions (silly or logical) you can have in your home-buying process. We enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!
